    if you are in Mexico with an US mobile and wants to call another US mobile which is also in Mexico, how do you dial? do you need to dial 001+phone# or just the number?

    You dial 001 plus 10 digit phone number (xxx xxx xxxx). You can also replace the starting 00 with the plus sign.
