    I was given the following no 0060126875316 The person that gave me this no claims that this is a New Zealand mobile telephone no according to your site this is a Malaysian mobile no. Is there a possibility that he is telling the truth?

    Yes, this looks like a Malaysian cell phone. Possibly, this person has a phone registered in Malaysia and he/she is currently in New Zealand. One thing is for sure - the phone is registered in Malaysia, not NZ.
