Hi, I am trying to call Ukraine for first time. Cell phone provider says I am dialing correctly but get a busy signal almost immediately. I’m calling Sevastopol, ac69. The telephone # I want to call is from online white pages and is 6 digits. Your instructions show 7 digits after the ac. Could this be the problem? Thanks for your service! Mick

Michael,
Try adding area code 692 instead of just 69. There is a bit of confusion about Ukraine area codes, but I will update the Ukraine page soon. You should have: 011 380 692 ?????? (6 digits), provided you are dialing to a fixed number.

Let me know whether this has worked ..or not.
