service not available

    In trying to call Mexico on my Time Warner land line, I get a response that the service I am trying to use is not available on this line. I am sure I have the correct number and codes. Surely Time Warner allows calls to Mexico.

    Try using a different line to see what happens. I can try dialing the number for you if you want to see if it rings.
