   Hi,

   My girlfriend has gone out to Buenos Aires in Argentina and has bought an Argentinean mobile and what I would like to know is how I can text her?

   Her number is 1533036??? and when I call her from skype the number is +5491133036??? but when I text her using my UK mobile (T-mobile network) i get a 'failed' delivery report. Furthermore, when she texts me I only seem to recieve the end of the message. I have tried numerous combinations of prefixes to the number but everytime i get a 'failed' delivery report, usually instantaneously.

   Any ideas?

   Try using 00 instead of the plus sign to see if it works this way: 00 54 9....
   If it still doesn't work there is likely a problem on your end (maybe your cellular plan doesn't allow international texting). As for why you don't receive the whole message - this is also a newtork issue. Call your mobile operator to inquire about both errors.
