   I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I can't get through. I have Skype on my cell and I'm trying to call his cell phone. I don't know if I am actually dialing wrong or if he has to have skype too. Any suggestions?

   What is the number you are dialing (to avoid posting it here you can replace the last 3 digits with ???).

   i'm trying to call my boyfriend as well. the # i was given is 9921-2048. what else do i need to dail? if that is even a cell # at all...
