   my aunt gave me her cell phone #01621778???. i know the area code is 49, what else do i need to know so my txt will go through?pls. help.

   Hi Bhabes:)
   You're gonna have to leave out the starting zero in the cell number. Also, no area codes are needed when dialing German cell numbers (49 is the country code) so you will dial: 011 49 162...
