UK or Malaysia????

Hi, I am from Malaysia. I received a call from this number +4470XX XXX XXX. I wish to know whether owner is call from UK or Malaysia? Is it possible the owner is in Malaysia with a UK phone? Thanks.

Hi Michelle,

The number is a UK cellular phone. I do not have access to a database of UK phone numbers to be able to match this number to its owner. It is definitely possible for someone to take their UK registered cell with them to most countries, including Malaysia and use the phone in roaming. In this case your caller ID would still show the UK number no matter what country they are calling you from.
