why i can't call in philppines?

    hi,i've tried many times to call to my family in philppines but unfurtunately i can't get through them,, b4 i called theres no problem,i can contact them easier, what happed? i have no idea... somebody can give an answer if what happen?

    Hello,
    All I can tell you is that the Philippines numbering plan hasn't changed recently. If you could reply with the telephone number you are dialing I will try to call the number and see if it rings. It would also help to know what country you are in.
