Calling from US cell to US cell in Aruba

I am trying to call me brother. We are both in Aruba and both have cell phones with US phone numbers

Hello Keri,
To reach your brother’s US cell phone use either +1 ??? ??? ???? or 001 ??? ??? ????. Basically you dial to the US and the US carrier redirects the call to wherever the US phone is located.
