My boyfriend is in the army and bought an afghanistan cell phone but i cant seem to call it for some reason. I have no problem texting it though. here is the number that shows up when i receive a text or send one :011937 93726796

The dialing sequence looks right so the problem is likely on your end. I can try dialing this number for you, but only tomorrow since it is after 1 am right now in Afghanistan. I’ll keep you updated.

Hello again. I just dialed your friend’s number and could hear a message in both Arabic and English (in this order) saying that “the number you have dialed can not be reached at the moment..please try again later..”.
