   Hi,

   My friend is travelling to Dubai with his mobile. When I text him will I need to add the prefix with the dialling code (+971) or can I just use his number as normal?

   What happens if I were to use +44? Would this still work?

   Since your friend has international roaming on his phone you just have to send him a text message like you normally do. No additional codes required.
