unable to call uk from india

i am using a vodaone india number and calling uk 004461666???? a belfast number but i am unable to call…pls help

Hello,
UK phone numbers, both landlines and cellular are 10 digit. You have only 9 digits after 44 which is UK’s country code. Moreover, Belfast’s area code is 28 for landlines and cell phones in the UK start with 7.
