Unknown numbers

Since yesterday I have recieved four numbers i DO NOT recognize, 118043620661, 117036727899, 115712753645, and 118664351646. I answered one of them and he asked me if I was so and so, i told him wrong number. Where is this from??

These are all US phone numbers from the state of Virginia, except for the latter which is a toll free number. Just leave out the starting 11 and you’ll be able to see what I mean. Probably 11 is a code they use to place state to state calls. Check out this area code list for more information:
