    My hubby is in the army and I am trying to call his celly that he got over there. I have the number I know to dial 011 93 plus the city code BUT IT DON’T work and I am getting so mad please anyone help me but here is how long the number is he gave me: 011 93 70 ???0138.

    Hi Tonizekoff,

    The call doesn’t work because you’ve been adding the city code. In most countries outside North America cell phone numbers are not geographic. Instead they are allocated a certain number range (no area/city codes are needed). In Afghanistan for example all cell numbers start with 7. To make a long story short you should dial 011 93 70 ??? 0138.
