    Hi Julie,

I need more info. What is the mobile number you've been trying to reach (you can replace the last 2 digits with *** if you don't want to disclose it)? Is it a Dutch person living in Holland or is it an Australian person traveling with his/her mobile phone to Amsterdam?

    You would dial 001 31 6281948**
You can also use the plus sign instead of 001 when dialing from your cell. If it doesn't work it's possible that your cellular plan does not allow international dialing - you would need to call your wireless provider for this.
