Dear Sir,I have cell phone(Without internet).I want to call from Afghanistan to India.Some days before I found LOCALPHONE.COM,in which call is transfer to our cell phone and then to other phone,but unfortunately this is not available for Afghanistan.Is there any other web site for it.
