Call from USA to cell in Pakistan

I currently can not get my call to go through from USA to cell phone in Pakistan. The number given is 0092-334-3993???

Hi Mark,
The 00 code is used to call from Europe and other countries. You must replace it with 011 like this: 011 92 …. Here’s more info on dialing from US to Pakistan
