I live in india my country code is 91, area code is 20 , cell no is 9?????????.
my friend lives in Washington USA,what would be the sequence of numbers(I gave him 91-20-9????????? but he says it is invalid) if he wants to call me,plz answer ASAP.srr

Hello,

The area code is not needed for dialing your cell. Your friend in the USA should dial the following: 011 91 9? ???? ????. This is clearly stated on the page below:
