calling a cell abroad when on a Canadian roaming plan

    I am on a Bell international roaming plan on a Samsung Galaxy Ace 11.
    While I can call from the cell what do people dial to reach me?
    Any additional prefixes to my Canadian 416 number?

    Hello,

    People should call you as if you were at home in Canada, nothing changes, no extra digits are required. Bell Canada will then redirect the calls to wherever you are.

    How do I call people in The Netherlands with a Bell Canada roaming plan when in The Netherlands?

    For calls within the Netherlands use the phone numbers locals do. Generally Dutch national calls will start with a zero. See the link below for more info:
