I'm trying to dial a cell number in the Phillipines and can not get through.
Does anyone know how many digits a cell number should have?

    Hello Jamie,

We include this information for most countries on specific country pages. For the Philippines you can find it here: http://www.howtocallabroad.com/philippines/

To quickly answer your question: most Philippines cell numbers are 10 digit and start with 9. A few may have less digits, but also start with 9. So from the US you would likely dial: 011 63 9?? ??? ????.
