I am trying to call a number in Ireland from Canada. I have a phone number of 028 3752 3806, but I am not able to call. I know it needs to start 011 353

Hello,

Armagh is located in Northern Ireland which is in the UK, not Ireland. You should leave out the starting zero (used only within the UK) and dial the following: 011 44 28 3752 3806.
