If I am in Spain, using my verizon wireless Global BB Tour phone (which is enabled) and I want to call phone #'s in Spain, Do I call as if I am in the USA as my phone is a US phone? Another words must I dial, 011-34 and City Code plus phone #.
For example: My phone # for a hotel in Spain (while I am in Spain) is 952669926. How do I dial this from my cell phone while I am in Spain?

If I want to text to the USA while I am in Spain on my USA cell phone - what do I do?

    Hello,

You dial Spain numbers the way locals do. You don't enter any international codes. To call or text the US you must use 00 instead of 011 (00 1 ??? ??? ????). In other words, to place calls/text your phone behaves like a Spanish phone.
