Calling from Victoria, BC to cell phone in Burkina Faso

Trying to call to a cell phone that my daughter bought to use while she is in Africa. Have been calling using the following number 011-226-71-07-1?-?? with no luck. Checked with my long distance provider and they can’t figure out what the problem is. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hello,

The dialing sequence you used is correct for dialing to Burkina Faso cellular. Is this a cell phone your daughter bought in Burkina Faso? Is this the exact number she gave you – you didn’t leave out any digits did you?
