What will people in the US trying to contact me on my cell phone in Peru have to dial?
How would I call a US number from Peru on my cellphone?

People from the US will dial your US cell phone number without adding any extra dialing codes.

To dial to the US use 00 1 followed by 3 digit area code and 7 digit local number. The same dialing sequence should be used by people from Peru to reach your cell phone (although you are yourself in Peru, in order to reach your cell they technically dial the US and the call is eventually redirected back to Peru).
