Calling Portugal to Russia

I’m from Portugal and want to call to Russia.

Don’t know ifis a fixed number or a mobile phone… All i have is 856 9? ??.

What you think i should try, suspecting is a mobile number? Already tried 007 9 856 9? ?? and didn’t worked…

Help please.

Hello,
It wouldn’t make sense to have an incomplete mobile number since Russian mobile numbers (just like Portugal ones) can only be dialed using their full “version” regardless of where the call originates. So maybe what you have is a fixed local number, but in this case you need to know what city you’re dialing in order to find its area code.
