Calling Prague

I am trying to call a business in Prague whose number is 841 777 ??? but I am unable to do through. I am dialing 011 420 841 777 ???. What am I doing wrong? I am calling from Indianapolis.

This is a shared cost telephone number. You are dialing the right combination, but these special numbers are usually not accessible from outside the Czech Republic. Try finding a regular number for this business – it should be 2 ???? ????.

I’m told the number I need to call is 426 3370 91000. I added the 011 in front of it but it is busy everytime I call. Any ideas???

Is this supposed to be a call to the Czech Republic also?
