623 a/code. USA. Phoenix, AZ > Phillipines. dont know city in Philipines ? was given the #00639192725???. need 2 reach this #; family situation, they need to be aware of! they are friends of this family.

The starting double zero is used when dialing international calls from many countries including the Philippines. However, when dialing abroad FROM the US you must use 011 instead of 00. So you should dial 011 63 919 272 5???. By the way, the number you are trying to call is a cellular phone – calls to these are charged higher rates than calls to landlines. Also, no area codes are used for cell phones (they have the same dialing format all over the country).
