Does ‘dropping the zero’ for international calls TO London, UK apply to mobiles there?
My friend’s new mobile no. is 0758 ??????? – do I drop the front zero and add +44 prefix?

Hello,

Yes, drop the zero and dial either 0044 758 etc or +44 758 if you are using a cell phone to dial (00 works with any phone actually).
