calling within France using cell#

I am from Canada vacationing in France and would like to call a local # with my cell phone and also for a local person in France to call my cell number. What do they need to dial to get me and vice versa. Their # is 0033(0)668478xxx my cell # in Toronto is 4164007xxx

Hi Angela,
You should be able to reach your friend’s mobile phone by dialing 0668478xxx which is the national dialing format in France. The call might also work using the international dialing format: +33 668478xxx.

For your friend to reach you they should dial your number as if you were still in Canada: 00 1 4164007xxx.
