Can’t decipher phone number origin

Thanks for your web site and forum and for accepting me!

I have received several calls from:
011 0023 320-266-xxxx as listed in my MagicJack phone number call log
I can’t seem to figure out the origin. Any help would be appreciated.

The number you have is a mobile number from Ghana in Africa. To call it from the US you would have to leave out the double zero and use: 011 233 20266 xxxx.
