Country Code 815?

I am being scammed. This is the country code that appears on the phone number. Fraud investigators and fraud investigators from banks have warned me about this person. It is important I find out what country he is in. The full number on screen is 815-204-2358
PLEASE HELP ME! I’M DESPERATE TO CATCH HIM.

Hi Karen,

No country has country code 815. This looks like a US number from Illinois (IL area code 815 covers the Nothern part of Illinois with cities such as Rockford, Aurora, De Kalb). Actually, I looked up the number and it is a cell phone from Crystal Lake, Illinois. There are some websites providing reverse phone lookup for US telephone numbers. I believe one of the most popular ones is Intelius.
