Cuba code Matanzas to call a cellular

I live in Canada. So to call at Cuba i have to call 011 to exit from Canada, then i make 53 for Cuba and what ar te two numbers i have to make to call to a cellular in Matanzas

Hi Normand,
Cell numbers in many countries including Cuba have a national dialing format. In other words you do not need to add any area codes. Just dial 011 53 plus the cell number. Based on our sources cell numbers in Cuba have this format: 5 ??? ????.
