Our office has to dial “9” to get an outside line before making our calls. When dialing internationally you must dial 11 and when staff dial “9” for outside line and then 11 they end of calling “911”. Can we call internationally without dialing “9” first to avoid this problem?

    Hello,

When dialing internationally from the US you should first dial 011. So you can dial 9 to get your outside line and then start with 011.
