finland telephone numbers

i received a call from the following number. when i returned the call, operator told me that it is a wrong number. what is my problem and how do i resolve it?

Hello,
I tried dialing the number too and I am getting the same “number is not valid” message. For some reason the caller ID is showing the wrong number and the only solution you have is to wait for this person to call again and answer the phone on time.
