Hi. I tried to call a cell no. in Cali, Columbia but cannot be connected.
The cell which I was trying to connect: 011 57 32 0764 xxxx

Hi Craig,

The numbers you are dialing look right so most likely there is a problem on your end. Try using another connection to dial this number.

If you send me the whole number via the contact form above I can try to dial it to see if it rings.
