how can I find my friend ‘s mobile number?

I have a friend in German. I have his name,aderess and his phone(land line)number.can I get his mobile number? because I lost it and I am trying to call him at home but I failed to contact him.
Can you help me?

On https://www.howtocallabroad.com/germany/ we list some German phone books. However, cell phone numbers are generally not listed so it will be hard to find the number you’re looking for.

thank you for replying ,but that means there is no way to find my friend’s mobile number.
you know i believe {never say never} ,so i will wait may be some body can help me(hopefully).it’s better than live without hope.
