Plz i need to make a call to Philippines now but the number is not connecting guess something is missing, maybe some code. I have the number like this 09126388***, plz do i need to add any number in front? Thanks

You would dial 009 63 9126388*** to call this Pilippines cell phone from Nigeria. If you are not in Nigeria let me know.
