l have my friend phone number from 4 or 5 years and l cannot reach him, l think the phone code system has changed and l even do not know if it is mobile phone or from one of the old Soviet republics, but l think it is from Ukraine. The number which l have is 88129446??? So how can l call him? Thanks a lot

Hello,

I’d guess this is a number from Sankt Petersburg, Russia. It doesn’t look like a Ukraine number. In both cases you would have to drop the first 8 from this number which is a code used for national calls. This is what you would dial:

011 7 812 9446 ??? (if the number is from Russia)
