I am having trouble connecting to a cell phone in Chonburi Thailand when calling from the US. I tried to look online and follow the directions that I found with out success. I called 011-668-???-????. The 8 is supposed to be used for mobile phone numbers, but there is also supposed to be an eight digit phone number. I only have a seven digit number. Can you help? Thank you.

Hello Corchard,

Question: are you sure this is a cell number?
If so please provide more digits here (leave out the last 3 digits only). When you were given the number did it have the starting 8 (8??? ????) or was it a 7 digit number?
