My mom and sister are on a trip to Peru. Right now they are in Puno and I was trying to call my mom’s cell phone but it won’t work. I dialed 011-51-51 and then her cell phone number. How can I get a hold of her, is there a trick to calling a US cell phone in Peru?

Hi,

If she is carrying her US cell with US number you do not need to add any international codes. Just dial her cell as if she was in the US.
