Hello. for example numbers that start by 0800 or 0905… because i wanted to be able to speak on the xfactor but i didnt know how seen i have a french mobile number.

I see. Often calls to these numbers from outside the UK are blocked, the reason being that 09.. numbers are pay per call and the caller would incur a higher charge. Same for 08 numbers which are toll free and again, they are meant to be toll free within the UK. Anyway, you can try dialing to see if it works. The way to dial is: 00 44 followed by the number without the leading zero. Example: 00 44 905 etc.
