How to call Rwanda land line from Rwanda using US mobile

Hi –
While I’m in Rwanda I need to call a Rwanda landline using my US mobile. Do I dial 011 250 plus the 9 digit number?

No, while in Rwanda you will dial local/national calls the way locals do. For example, Rwanda landline numbers have a national dialing format that looks like this: 2?? ??? ???. This is what you will dial.To dial internationally, say to the US you will enter 00 1 followed by the 10 digit US number.
