How to call thailand mobile number from india mobile number

Iam trying to contact my friend in Thailand. His mobile number is

08926565xx

I have dialed as First : 00 66 8926565xx and also dialed as Second: 00 66 8 8926565xx. For first trying iam getting message as this number is not registed in GSM Advanced net worm. For the second type dialing wrong person is lifting the phone.

Please guide me how to contact his mobile number : 08926565xx

The first time you dialed the correct sequence. And the number you have does look like a Thai mobile phone. I don’t know why you are getting that message. Try using a different line to place the call – if you get the same message then you’ll know there’s an issue with your friend’s number.
