I would like to know how to get in touch with an international operator. Dialing 011 does not work on Guam. Would you happen to know how any general number for the international operator?

Hello,

Dialing 011 should work when calling internationally from Guam, unless you are dialing to another NANP country (here’s a list of NANP countries). The page also shows you how to dial between 2 NANP countries.

For international operator assistance dial 01.

It just keeps saying that “The time alotted for you to dial has been exceeded. Please hang up and try your call again.”

I wanted to see if I could get a number in Turkey, but it didn’t work.

Try dialing another international number. If it doesn’t work most likely there is a problem with the line you are using to place this call.
