For cell phones in Canada, specifically in Toronto is the a cost on the recipient? Does it differ from operator to operator? I'm moving there in a week and I am expecting to receive a lot of international, do I have to worry about recipient cost for those calls?

    Hello,
Yes, US and Canadian cell phones inquire charges when receiving calls. The good thing is that calls to cell phones aren't charged higher rates. For example, calling from a Toronto landline to a Toronto cell costs the same as calling another Toronto cell. Look for higher plans with a ton of minutes included. These included minutes are also used up when receiving calls.
