    hello,
    I have a 12 digit number that is of a blackberry mobile.The call that i’m making is from airtel India prepaid service.When i dial 00 followed by 1 and the 12 digit number.Of those 12 digits i have 3 digits which are prefixed by a plus sign and the 3 digits are +447 The call is not getting connected.Can u please help me out on this..:)??

    Looks like a UK cell phone so you should actually dial 00 44 7??? ??? ???. The plus sign is used to replace the 00, but it only works when using a cell phone to dial out (or VoIP). So it’s either +44 or 0044.
