Following your web tool I sent directions to my wife in Mexico on how to call me Nigerian cell phone but she cannot get througheither on the house phoe or her cell. I can call her OK at the house or her cell. Your instruction say dial 00 to get out of Mexico, then Nigeria country code 234, then the area code which is 805, and then the number588XXXX HELP

Your wife seems to be doing everything right as far as dialing is concerned. If calling to your cell this is what she should dial: 00 234 followed by 10 digits. Ask her to try using another telephone line to dial this call. Most likely there is an issue with the line she’s been using. For example, international calls may be barred by her phone service provider. She could call them and ask about this issue.
