I know that I need to dial out with 011 and in with 852, but I don’t know how to reach the number 86-13507083???.

Hello,

86 is China’s country code while 852 is Hong Kong’s. The number you have is registered in China and probably roaming in Hong Kong so you will have to dial 011 86 135…
