I want to call Germany, the local place is Kochel Am See. I am using a cellular phone and am calling from Abuja, Nigeria. What is the proper code to use?

To call from Nigeria to Germany you must dial: 009 49 followed by the number you want to call. Area code for Kochel am See is 8851. The local number should be 4 to 7 digit. If the number you have starts with 1 followed by 9 to 10 digits it means that it is a cellular phone and you do not need to add the area code.
